At Safari Booking Sri Lanka, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that changes may occur, and this policy outlines your rights and our procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

We allow cancellations under the following terms:

More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee.
7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund applicable.

1.2 No-Show Policy

Guests who do not appear for their scheduled tour without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

2. Service Disruptions and Provider Cancellations

2.1 Weather or Safety Concerns

For experiences such as Hot Air Ballooning or Whale Watching, cancellations due to weather or safety concerns will be fully refunded or rescheduled, based on your preference.

2.2 Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If Safari Booking Sri Lanka must cancel a service due to operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used at the time of booking (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).

3.2 Refund Timeline

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Modifications and Rescheduling

4.1 Date Changes

Changes to booking dates are allowed up to 7 days before the scheduled tour, subject to availability and without additional charges.

4.2 Partial Modifications

If you wish to modify certain elements of a tour (e.g., number of participants), please notify us at least 5 days in advance. Adjustments will be handled based on the scope and timing of the request.
