At Safari Booking Sri Lanka, we value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering memorable travel experiences. However, we also understand that plans can change. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled.

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before the tour → Full refund (minus 5% administrative fee).
  • 7–14 days before the tour → 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the tour → No refund.

1.2 No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.


2. Service Disruptions and Provider Cancellations

2.1 Weather or Safety Concerns

Certain activities (e.g., Hot Air Ballooning, Whale Watching) may be canceled due to weather or safety concerns. In such cases, guests may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • Rescheduling at no extra cost.

2.2 Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If Safari Booking Sri Lanka cancels a service for operational reasons, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative tour option of equal value.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other).

3.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


4. Modifications and Rescheduling

4.1 Date Changes

Booking date changes are allowed up to 7 days before the scheduled tour, subject to availability. No additional charges apply.

4.2 Partial Modifications

For modifications such as changes in the number of participants, please notify us at least 5 days in advance. Adjustments will be made based on availability and tour arrangements.
